stevendom57
I want to surprise my wife with a 7 day pass for the Thermal Suite on Allure OTS. When I go to purchase, I am required to pick a time on day 1. Why? If it is a 7 day pass can't she just show up when she wants or is a reservation required each time she wants to go in the sauna? Because the booking engine is not designed to handle these types of purchases. It was programmed that everything has a start date and time. Instead of paying a contractor to re-code the booking engine they give everything a date and time as if it's a dinner and you are booking a restaurant. Normally the date and time is irrelevant. Normally she can visit during the spa open hours at will. I suppose if on one particular sailing 4,000 booked the Thermal Spa for one cruise they might implement a reservation system for that cruise but is not how it's normally handled on board. stevendom57
malibucourtney
When you purchase the thermal week pass and go will it be a private suite or can anyone just walk in?

It can be purchased online through the cruise planner. The room is not private on Oasis, I imagine anyone with a pass can walk in. malibucourtney

I gave this thread a bad title. I was talking about buying a Thermal Pass, which is a pass that allows me to so to the spa, use the sauna, heated benches and other such things. I do not think this is a separate suite. I do think there is such a thing as a Thermal Suite, but I think that it is just a suite that comes with a Thermal Pass. Sorry for the confusion. malibucourtney
