scorpio67
The price of the transatlantic cruise on Enchantment in April seem almost to good to be true. Is there a reason why its so cheap? I'm considering this cruise but am a little hesitant. Has anyone done this ship for a transatlantic before? Also how does Enchantment compare to Explorer? Welcome to the boards! Enchantment is one of the smaller, older ships. And transatlantic routes are sometimes harder to fill due to the length and different start/end points. Both of those factors contribute to the excellent price deals you're seeing. Enchantment is smaller than Explorer, by about 600-700 passengers. She also has fewer venues and activities. On a transatlantic you'll have a lot of sea days in a row. If you're looking for relaxation or are good at self-entertaining, you'll have a great time. Otherwise you might get a bit bored. Tio_Ricco_
Looking forward to this cruise. Anyone want to do a smaller, private shore excursion? in Funchal, 2- people for Viator 4x4 Safari Half-day Poncha, Mountains, Vineyards and Cabo Girão Small group ($45 USD each)- I already booked it and have 2 extra spaces. Nice or elsewhere? Helicopter tour? Khaki
jaygee2729
We originally were booked on Anthem of the Seas May 1 to South Hampton but saw this cruise was $400 less and had a better itinerary. Now we are getting sticker shock when looking at airfare prices for the return to Los Angeles. I was quite surprised (after buying the 5 night dining package) that the only specialty restaurant is Chops Grill. Wish there was also a Giovani's. Tio_Ricco_
In the last few months I have looked extensively for return flights from London, Paris, Dublin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Lisbon and others. I use Skyscanner, Google flights and Priceline and am a member getting emails from FareDrop. I would use Skyscanner to have a departing airport and "Everywhere" as a destination(or visa/versa) and select the month of travel to show all rates in that month. This shows many routes you might not think of to get to LA. Norse Atlantic Airways through Iceland or Canada has some low rates. Just last week I ended up booking a flight from Heathrow, UK to Boston Logan (3 hr layover-enough time to go through customs and take a walk), then flight to Phoenix (where we live) on American Airlines for $459pp. One more thing: Flights within Europe are super cheap. I am also flying from Croatia to Paris for $39pp. I also forgot to mension "French Bee" an airline direct from France to US.

Casino chip collector
Dear All, I collect Royal Caribbean Casino Chip as a hobby. Normally I purchase my chips online. I was hoping to add the Enchantment of the Seas chips to my collection. If you happen to visit the the casino on board, please kindly help to exchange for the $1 and $5 chips. Refer to photo. I was told that they started to replace the unique chips with ship name with generic chips. I hope to collect them before they are fully replaced. I will pay for the charges and the shipment to my US address. Besides, since is meant for collection, hope you can ask for better condition chips. Two of $1 and $5 chips for my personal collection. Thank you in advance. If you also collect these chips as a hobby, I would love to connect with you. Regards, Kevin C
