HB Greg
Has anyone had this problem. My wife's phone was stolen and she had the Royal app installed. This app does not require log in each time, so I'm concerned that anyone accessing her phone knows when we are out ofvtown and for how long. Called Royal and they said reset my password, but even after password reset I'm still able to view the app on my phone without log in and I'm assuming the same is true for the stolen phone. Seems like a very bad app design.
twangster
Did she have a passcode or biometrics on her phone to unlock it? If the phone is locked then they won't be able to access any apps on it. Also most phones allow you to remotely lock and/or wipe the phone, if you configured that. smokeybandit
Most non-financial apps behave like that. And if the thief got into the phone instead of just wiping it and reselling it, I wouldn't think the first thing they'd look for is a cruise app. HB Greg

Unfortunately she did not have it locked. Tried to wipe it but I'm not sure it worked.

I might be worried for no reason but still don't like the thought of someone knowing my travel plans.
twangster
I'd be more concerned about emails and text messages. Start changing all of her passwords. HB Greg and CruiseGus
