I tried to use $2000 worth of FCC on a cruise in Oct 2023 but got the "cannot redeem on this cruise" email. When I queried it, I got an email saying that the FCC was only applicable on cruises sailing before April 2023. Ok, so I managed to rearrange my vacation arrangements and book a cruise for Feb 2023. Great I thought, but after submitting my FCC again, I get the "cannot redeem" email again. I emailed FCC.AU and have heard nothing. Its doing my head in. Anyone have a good contact at Royal??? From the RCL website https://www.royalcaribbean.com/aus/en/cruise-with-confidence?country=AUS it looks like that Feb 2023 should have qualified. Hopefully you can get this resolved. Good luck.
