Not all the specialty restaurants are open, but the ones that are can accomodate you provided you embark in time to get seated during their lunch hours. However, some things have changed since the restart that would make me second guess purchasing the Key. The ability to drop our carry-ons and have them delivered to the room was so nice. Embarkation lunch was ok, but having a quite place for breakfast that we could take our time eating on disembarkation day was wonderful. Before there was designated seating in the theaters for Key guests, but that's not offered now. If you can get a good deal on it that's not much more than the internet alone, then I think it is still worth it. If you can't, then it may not be worth it since you have the UDP.
