BOB A
Why did RC put my family 5 floors apart. We booked two rooms that are supposed to be adjoining when we checked in one is deck 11 the other on deck 7. We called and got zero help. This is supposed to be a family vacation and we want to be together. Seems crazy

Yesiamthere
Royal once put two connecting balcony rooms at separate dining room tables. Another family was willing to switch with us for we could have dinner beside our son and his family.
Pattycruise
Call back-different agent with different attitude yield different results. if you can see the ship cabins availability tell them the cabins you want, is anyone in the 2nd cabin over 21? Under 21 year olds cannot be on a different deck, and the cabin must be within eyesight , usually next to, across from, the 1st cabin that has the adults 21 and older Neesa
