DunwoodyDad
Sailing on Freedom in Dec. Our party of 6 wants to mostly eat sushi off the ala carte menu. Can we make a reservation for dinner? Are their non-hibachi tables on Freedom? Or just the bar?
AshleyDillo
There is just a single sushi bar available and they don't take reservations. It is first come, first served for those spots. You can go to the restaurant and ask about making a reservation since your party would take up the entire bar and they may be willing to accommodate you. DunwoodyDad
Thanks. That’s definitely not much room for sushi. I just don’t want to pay for 6 people at Hibachi and then most of those order off the sushi menu (which is on top of the Hibachi cost, right?). AshleyDillo
Correct..you have to pay for the sushi items on top of hibachi. The sushi dining has a great option for $35 that comes with 1 small plate, 2 large plates and dessert which ends up being a ton of food! The sushi lovers should definitely try to plan a lunch or dinner visit there.
PG Cruiser
When I was there having Hibachi last October, they had people having Sushi at a vacant Hibachi table. I guess their capacity for the Sushi side depends on reservations for the Hibachi side. I concur that they don’t take reservations for the Sushi Side. This is very true! They also have a Sushi and Sake session that was done at one of the hibachi tables during my visit.
