KristiZ Posted January 6, 2020 Report Share Posted January 6, 2020 Once you are on the ship, you can connect to the WiFi and it will ask you if you have purchased/want to purchase VOOM, or if you want to use the app for free. Matt Posted January 6, 2020 Report Share Posted January 6, 2020 Download the Royal Caribbean app before the cruise. Once onboard, connect to the ship's WiFi. If you're on Mariner of the Seas, then select WiFi-guest-mariner. Then open the app. The app will function normally, regardless of the fact you did not buy a Voom package.
