Hi I am a first time cruiser.  Is there a schedule of events and do events require reservations?  If so, how and when can they be made?

yes..each day they give you list of everything going on each day. Not many things require reservations at all on Marnier that I can think off the top of my head.

As you get closer to your sail date things will begin to appear on the app (as far as activities, entertainment, etc).  Take these with a grain of salt and always double check against the cruise planner because sometimes it's very accurate, sometimes it's very inaccurate, and  you won't know which one it is until you confirm with either the actual cruise planner the night before or on the big kiosks on the wall everywhere that day.
