I was trying to book a morning excursion at CocoCay and a half day waterpark pass for my daughter. The system won’t allow it because there is not 45 minutes between the two, even though the waterpark excursion is for 4 hours. Not sure if anyone else might have some better insight, but many people report calling back and getting the actual answer they want the next time they called. They said to book the Half day Waterpark on the ship. It’s a system issue that you can bypass by going in person to the excursion desk.
