We’re trying to decide on a short, 4 night cruise in January. We’re looking at RCCL and Celebrity. The Celebrity has a package including the drink package. Is there anyway to check the beverage package rates with RCCL?

Sailing of Freedom of the Seas on Monday, October 4. We bid the lowest amount for a suite. I decided to up my bid, but when I went to the site it said our bid was pending and gave no option to cancel or change. Is this good news?

Leaving next Monday on Freedom of the seas. Are masks required once you are seated in the shows and for games, karaoke and such?

We’ve purchased the 3 night dining package, but are really only interested in 2 of the restaurants, but our children (20 and 16) would like to go to Izumi, can they use one of our nights?

Spoke with RCCL customer service (not cruise planner customer service). They said to book the Half day Waterpark on the ship. It’s a system issue that you can bypass by going in person to the excursion desk.

My family is booked for the 6/2/19 Harmony of the Seas cruise. I was trying to book a morning excursion at CocoCay and a half day waterpark pass for my daughter. The system won’t allow it because there is not 45 minutes between the two, even though the waterpark excursion is for 4 hours. I’ve talked to the customer service for excursions, but they couldn’t help. Any ideas?
