Baked Alaska Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 HI all. We reserved the Thermal Suite Couples Pass Week in the Cruise Planner, and chose a time. I didn't put any thought into the time I chose, as I had read that they don't go by those reserved times. And, indeed, it shows "At Your Leisure" in my cruise calendar. I've seen posts as recent as Nov 2018 that says they ARE going by the 15 minute increments. Need some clarification. I'm wondering if I need to change our time, afterall. twangster Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 Bought it on the Symphony transatlantic in October. At that time it was fairly new and I had the same questions. For my cruise it was go any time during open hours. The girls in the spa had no idea about it being offered at 15 minute time slots. They marked my SeaPass card and I could go anytime. I *think* the 15 minute times offered in the cruise planner are some sort of capacity control because time slots do sell out and become unavailable.
