hoofbeats95 Posted February 2, 2019 Report Share Posted February 2, 2019 Hey all... I logged into my account on my husband's iPad so he could look at the excursions. I then logged into my account on my laptop. I cannot get into the planner. It asks for info ( name, reservation number, date, ship) when I click on it. I enter that info and it errors out. I have since logged out of the iPad and tried to get in on my laptop again (on two different browsers) as well as my phone. No go. Any ideas? I found that instead of filling in those blanks if I click on My Dashboard at the top it takes me back and if I try it again it lets me in. Your results may vary.
