Can't get into cruise planner

Hey all... I logged into my account on my husband's iPad so he could look at the excursions. I then logged into my account on my laptop. I cannot get into the planner. It asks for info ( name, reservation number, date, ship) when I click on it. I enter that info and it errors out. I have since logged out of the iPad and tried to get in on my laptop again (on two different browsers) as well as my phone. No go. Any ideas? 

Also, if my husband makes a RC account can both accounts access the same planner? I have no clue how this works!
