Jason
Are drones allowed on the Freedom of the Seas or is there a policy prohibiting them? I don't intend on using while on the ship, but would like to retrieve it while at the various ports if possible. Thanks in advance!
monorailmedic
Per their site you can bring them onboard but can't use them on the ship, or at Labadee or Coco Cay. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/can-guests-bring-drones-onboard I did this just last month and security saw it in the bag, told me not to fly it on the ship, and that was it. whitsmom
We took ours on the Oasis in 2017. We couldn't fly it on the ship but we used it in Labadee. We got some good pictures of all of our gang in the water with the ship in the background. Ours is small and can be palm landed. Hubby palm landed it but forgot to tell the drone is was a palm landing and he cut his finger. The staff got him fixed up with band-aid.
