This popped up in my Google feed yesterday: http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2017/05/sponsor-content-royal-caribbean-gives-thrill-seekers-a-shot-at-winning-the-world/. @Matt shared information about the contest on the blog in March: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2017/03/27/royal-caribbean-holding-contest-find-world-trekking-instagram-stars. I didn't know about this contest until yesterday (I must have missed that post!) But if you knew about it and checked #AdventureSquad on social media, you probably saw contest entries from many thrill seekers who shared their adventures. Royal Caribbean recently announced the finalists in the contest's five categories. The finalists will compete next week on Harmony of the Seas. They will participate in more heart-pounding, white knuckle activities onboard and in port. They will also be posting to Royal Caribbean's social media channels during the cruise. The winners will receive more cruises to have more adventures. What a great prize! Best of luck to the finalists!

Howdy folks!! For out Harmony cruise next week I ordered the 3 night dining package. I understand that night one (or 2) is picked for us and we pick the 2 subsequent nights. The system seems convoluted when ordering and appears there are no reservation available. Do I make our two subsequent reservations on the Planner, or can I just make them on day one once onboard?? Thanks Mike T

Cruising for the first time in a LONG time and fired up to be on the largest in the world--anybody else going on this trip? Any cruising vets (Harmony of the Seas in particular) have some Do's and Don'ts to share? Loving the inside info I've found so far on this site! Ben

We're cruising on Harmony and the on-line check-in had an "Arrival Appointment" option, but times were only between 2-4p. Is the appmt just an option and if you want to get on board earlier, can you just show up at the pier at 11:30 like the other ships allow? We want to get on board as early as possible. Thanks!!

Anyone have experience bringing wine on a B2B? We are 12 days away from Harmony and are doing her first two sailings B2B. We have the same two cabins for both sailings, so technically can bring 8 bottles between the two trips, and are wondering how they will handle this at check in...Has anyone gone thru this? I know it is likely to all depend on the local pier employees, but they should be following some sort of guidance.

For those of you who are booked on the 11 February 2017 sailing of the Harmony of the Seas (Stephanie ??), all dining options are open for booking ! This is a little surprising, really. This sailing is still 341 days out. This just goes to show that there is NO "norm" when it comes to when dining reservations options will open for any particular sailing. The dining options for my 23 December 2016 Navigator still aren't open. With the Harmony being a new build, I find open dining reservations this far ahead to be very unusual. Whatever... Just a note. I am in a 2 BR Aqua Theater Suite, which qualifies for the Star Suites package. This package is supposed to include unlimited specialty dining....however, when I chose a specialty restaurant to book, it showed the standard PP fee...so I did not book any specialty restaurants at this time. I will just wait and see what how they handle this. I have no interest in paying now and having them reimburse me later. Seems like a lot of unnecessary work. Surely they will figure out how make this work efficiently. Either that or I won't be making any specialty restaurant reservations until I get onboard and that sort of defeats the purpose of having open reservations options in advance... WOOHOO !

I cant wait to see what interesting blogs come out of " 99 days of harmony " I remember finding this website when it was 99 days of quantum and loved it, what are people most excited about for Harmony? I really don't know what I'm going to do once I get on there, maybe buy the drinks package although I might pre book that. maybe the slides will be open and I can periscope going down them.

Interesting that the dining reservations for my cruise on the Harmony in Feb 2017 shows the ability to reserve 150 Central Park. That is the only dining option available but it does appear that if you wanted to book 150 on that cruise, you could.

I noticed on the new deck plans for the Harmony that the 3 MDR levels are just labeled "Main Dining Room". Does that have any special significance ? Are they going to leave the MDR "open" like the old Oasis and Allure used to be ?
