  1. Oops...I saw the “dulce de luche” and assumed it was caramel. I will try it for research purposes ?
  2. Caramel? ? not a fan...but sounds like something Hubby will love!
  3. I think that this statement sums everything up perfectly. It just depends on what type of cruiser you are. Know what you are. Book accordingly. There's a ship/itinerary out there for everyone.
  4. Featured on Royal’s Instagram page Congrats! @twangster ??
  5. The minimum bid for us to go from an L1 to TL on Symphony is $1300pp. I did not even consider it. To me that was not worth it. I think I would not pay more than $1000 total for that jump.
  6. ^^^ Truer words could not be spoken. We all share this love for cruising that goes beyond “normal” that most people just can’t understand. That’s the common thread right there. I only “virtually” knew everyone prior to this sailing but when meeting some of them, I felt like we were old friends ?
  7. Hubby spent a few afternoons in the Seaplex playing basketball. The “kids” in there refused to guard him ?
  8. ^^^ +1 ...although I have grown to like their flatbread from their lunch menu.
  9. ^^^That is the problem right there! Now you must. No more excuses. We have a deal ?
  10. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/boards/index.php?/topic/14060-allure-03142021-super-unofficial-gc/ ?
  11. There is also an "Unoffical GC" that @Matt and a bunch of other people are on June 5, 2020 to Alaska on Ovation.
  12. @Matt has already announced the two official ones for 2020. They are the Freedom GC over New Year and the Brilliance GC to Canada/NE in October 2020. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/events
  13. Yes, it is on Deck 4 on the Esplanade. I don’t think there are books/magazines though.
  14. On the same sailing and the Diamond lounge concierge was not the greatest this sailing. I rarely ever saw him leave his desk. I spoke to him the first night and the during the morning on Day 2. The second night (formal night) he stood outside of the door and asked to see my card before entering. That annoyed me slightly. I will say that the two bartenders in there were fantastic! They remembered all our names, drinks after the first day. Super friendly and personable.
  15. We only ever get one. I contacted them through social media yesterday.
  16. Some tips by @Matt. Feel free to ask any other questions. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2015/07/13/top-10-royal-caribbean-oasis-of-the-seas-hidden-secrets https://youtu.be/GIyRX8IjErE https://youtu.be/IywPylkA6LE
  17. +1 Never used anything else.
  18. ^^^Ditto on these two thoughts above. @Boston Babe You know that you and Jack are always in my thoughts...
  19. Yep...and it's hot, crowded, and expensive!
  20. @twangster and @SPS great suggestions! Thanks!
  21. Anyone know if there is way to go back and edit the post-cruise survey AFTER you have already submitted it? I just realized that I left out one crew member and I feel terrible.
  22. I see that you couldn't wait...lol
