Does anyone have an email address to Customer Service or Corporate Office for Royal Caribbean?

Hey everyone, we're in Lauderdale now waiting to board our ship (Indy). We noticed the Oasis was late coming in and then seen in the local paper a man fell overboard. I don't think they found him either. You can find a video of him falling on YouTube.
It's too bad it happened.
I'm surprised they never found him, seeing how they had notice, he was hanging for awhile.

Who's booking it?

Is Matt's podcast delayed this week? It normally posts Wednesday, but hasn't dropped yet, it appears - but articles are updated on the main page, so things look like they are still getting done.
 
Did I miss something? I need my RCLBlog Podcast fix!  :)

Since I am fairly new to cruising, I am a little curious.  How does RCI react or compensate for their guests losing a port day?  I am sure they have some sort of policy in fine print somewhere, but does anyone know.  I am really curious about this since several of you will be on the Allure and Feb. and myself on the Allure in March.

I just read on a Cruise Critic message board that the Majesty of the Seas will not be getting the water slides and DreamWorks Experience.  I am so disappointed as we are booked for August 1st and taking our 8 & 10 years old granddaughters and they were so excited to have those features.
 
Why did they elect to leave those off of the upgrades?

We are planning to book an Alaskan cruise for June 2017 for our family of four, with kids age 13 and 10. Both Explorer and Radiance are sailing Alaska then. Which would you pick? And would you choose based on the ship itself or on the itenerary? Thanks for your help!

We are spending the night in Fort Lauderdale the night before we board the Allure. Our hotel has a pay shuttle service to the port, but it is only at certain times.  My other thought is to use Uber to get to the port.  The other day I think Matt and Jerel mentioned they were at the port between 9 and 10 am.  I want to get there as early as possible, but I do not want to be denied access to Port Everglades by gate security or not let in to the cruise terminal when we arrive.  Can someone give me an early embarkation timeline that will work for us?

Do any married couples get adjoining interior cabins for the double points.  I have heard that a married couple each get a separate adjoining interior cabin so they can get the double points as a single cruiser and get double amenities.  It sure is cheaper than a Jr suite.  Has anyone done this or heard of someone doing it.  I priced it out and it is about half the price of a Jr Suite for the two cabins.
