  1. I've had my cruise booked for months now. We are 32 days from sailing. It shows up in my royal app, shows all my reservations for shows, so on. But I just looked online on my desktop, and it says I have zero up coming cruises. What happened!? I'm freaking out! It's wonder of the seas on Oct 22nd. Did we get booted? I've not been contacted by royal over it. I'm literally freaking out. Please tell me it's IT issues and happens all the time and the booking will come back soon. I'm worried they over booked and we aren't going anymore (ive heard rumors of this happening on past cruises). Thanks so much
  2. Forst time saling with royal. We sail on wonder of the seas Oct 22nd, we are past the check in date. The app hasn't ever (and still doesn't) show the escape room reservations. However, I just happened to log into my account from my desktop, just kind of scrolling around, and weirdly the escape room sign up was there. I then double checked the app, and its still not on the app. Sadly, the escape room on desktop says sold out. Is there a possibility more will open up as we get closer to cruising? Will it ever appear on the app? I have teen boys, they really wanted to do that. Also, will the laser tag also have sign ups on the app? Or is it like the slides where you just go wait in line? Or is it a pre sign up? Does it open before we go? (I can't find it in the app) or is it available once we get on board? What about zipline? Or flowrider? Thank you so much for everyone's help, I honestly searched for the answers but couldnt find any, im sorry if its stupid questions. You've all really helped us prepare for this trip, we are so excited!!
  3. I tried to search through questions making a post to find the answers, I apologize. First cruise, we purchased the deluxe drink package, and soda packages for our teen boys. On embarkation day, before we have access to our rooms (before having sea pass cards) are we able to use our pre packaged drink packages and order drinks as soon as we get on the ship? How so? How do they know at that time we have drink packages? Second question, online it says the deluxe *also* gets a souviner cup for the soda machines. How do all of us get the souviner cup? Do we walk into a store somewhere and get it? Is it in our room upon arrival already for us? Do we have to stand in line at guest services to get the cups?   5. The app on my phone correctly displays the cruise we have booked. However, the shows I reserved (the other day) and our excursions I have booked no longer show on my app. It's been like this for about 2 days now, ever since check in. When I log into my account on a desktop however, the reservations are still there. Is this a mess up with the app on my end? (I've checked to make sure it's updated), or is this an IT issue with RC? Should I call customer service? Or will it work itself out on its own? The cruise is Oct 22nd on wonder.
