I've got the drink package of course. Just looking for suggestions for drinks with dinner that aren't wine, beer or super sugary.

This is stupid. If they'll pay, then yes. $200 for the two missed ports covers almost half the yearly policy. If you pay for a policy, why WOULDN'T you get the most possible value out of it?

While this is probably the likely outcome, it is a hard sell for me to say switching from my selected itinerary which was far more expensive than what we ended up with isn't costing me money.

Does anyone have experience getting some compensation from your travel insurance due to an itinerary change? Symphony changed the itinerary about 2 weeks before our cruise. I've got an annual highest tier travel insurance with Allianz..

Been looking at drink package prices for awhile, and they never change for this sailing. Its always showing "Interior cabin sale" and fixed at 76.99. Now I've gotten my Royal Up email asking me to place bids, and it seems to think I'm in an interior as well.. Showing options to bid for ocean view, balconies, etc. Anyone seen this before? My invoice for this cruise does properly reflect the "XB GTY" and "Ocean View Balcony Guarantee".. We do have others on this cruise with us in interior cabins, but I'm not in interior. 'Linked' cruises, I did not pay for these other rooms.

I agree, its always the same games with Royal (and other lines). Then in these threads its always the bootlickers screaming "Oh, I tip twice my annual salary every time I cruise!"

If they're doing twice the rooms at half the volume per day, the work should be about the same (realistically its probably more than previously, since hopefully each room didn't require a thorough cleaning every day, and I certainly never got one).. Work being about the same, and tips being the same (before increases!) that SHOULD HAVE been a significant pay increase for the stewards. Just my math.

These pro tip raising people seem to always forget that we pay a cruise fare, and that should include a clean room, clean ship and food.

I want to book the UDP for my next cruise, but it doesn't list a lot of times as available. Previously you couldn't book with the dining package until you were onboard, but that has apparently finally changed. Does anyone know if this is a glitch or they only open a limited number of spots for pre cruise reservations or what? I'd hate to pay for a package and not be able to actually get into the restaurants.

I'm prime but haven't cruised since March. Have two 7 nights booked before march. I prefer table games to slots. I got prime for this year via slots but prefer table games. Those of you who've gotten there with table games, what were your bets like, how long did you spend at the tables, what games, etc? I guess as well, how much did you lose before getting 2500?
