  1. Is the only way to link reservations done by calling? I called RC and they wouldn’t do it without my brother’s permission so I called him on the phone and did a conference call. I wasn’t sure if there was an easier way I wasn’t sure of.
  2. It sure seems that way. Even Royal Caribbean Blogs video felt like it is catered to families. So far, I’m not feeling it. I don’t have children and it seems like a lot of what is there is catered to children and/or families.
  3. Oh glad to see this. I’m sailing from Galveston next year and they are an hour behind me here (Eastern time). I don’t know if i will be awake at 1am so I’ll probably end up setting an alarm.
  4. Me too! I had to ask for half and half every time. The creamer in the little capsules are terrible and I don’t put milk in my coffee. Thankfully they were great about bringing out half and half. The funny thing is each time I asked, our table mates would ask for the same once they knew it was available.
  5. two at a time is not a problem. I asked for 4 for two of us and i was told, "we can do it this time, but we can't do more than 2 bottles for each person" So we just walked up together to get 2 each.
  6. I would love to try the blueberry mojito! I rarely drink alcohol too but I do have the 4 free diamond vouchers if I decide to have something.
  7. Can someone confirm Uber AND Lyft pick up and drop off at the cruise terminal? Does it start at a later date? I couldn't find anything online confirming it. Someone said they debarked from Vista two weeks ago and they were not able to use Uber.
  8. Wow...good to know. I am planning on staying in Galveston. I thought there was only one hotel within walking distance to the already finished terminals, but I also am not sure if Terminal 2 will be further away or if other hotels are closer to it.
  9. Good to know there is an option for $39.50 per person on embarkation and disembarkation day. I also wonder if third party transportation is cheaper. Probably is if you have more than a couple of riders in your party.
  10. oh yes...i knew that. I made a comment about not being surprised they aren't allowing price adjustments/credits after final payment. My comment was that i was able to make at least 3 changes after booking. Sorry for confusion.
  11. Oh gosh...sure...I booked it on August 21st (1484 a person, plus balcony suite discount and 30% off)...rebooked for lower price on Sept 1 ($1427 a person, balcony discount, 30% off), Sept. 7 ($1413 a person, balcony discount, 30% off), Sept. 21 ($1370 a person, balcony discount, 30% off). So I rebooked 3 times since August 21st. The price hasn't changed since Sept. 21st. My cruise is August 2023.
  12. I am not surprised they are no longer allowing it after final payment. On a happier note, I have seen 3 price drops on my cruise and taken advantage of every one of them!
  13. I never considered the Key but we are going on Allure and I felt in this case, it's worth it. Thanks!
  14. I plan on getting the key and I'll keep looking for suite upgrades. If the price is right, i'll cancel the Key right away. I was told I could cancel any time
  15. that makes sense. I sort of thought of taking it back to central park or back to eat on our balcony.
  16. are you able to walk up, order something for breakfast and take it back to your cabin?
  17. yes, you reminded me of the message on my phone app. The website worked, but not the app.
