We had a similar issue in another city. I ended up looking online for taxi companies that offered car seats and called one ahead to schedule pickup with a car seat. And not to forget the obvious, but keep checking back. Beds were all sold out on our upcoming cruise until the week that payment was due and then four (!) opened up and I was able to grab one
