They may not allow you to reuse your WOW bands if your band colour is not assigned to the same muster point on your next cruise, that is of course if your previous cruise's muster point is on your WOW band. Not sure of this, but I was not allowed to choose an alternate colour band on my sailing on Anthem, I HAD to have white because of the muster station printed on the bands.

On my recent check-in from Cape Liberty they were taking all e-cigs out of carry on luggage and asking the question about it contents (did it contain cannabis, etc).

I’m especially interested in the availability of Miller Lite and Fosters Oil cans and there “normal beer” choices. Would be sweet if you could give me a heads up when you get back to what the selections were like! Enjoy your cruise ? ?

Hotel Buckminster next to Fenway is where we stayed before our cruise. -
Finally the UK gets an attractive RC offer

I recently booked in the U.K. and with the current UK sale my booking would still be quite a bit more. -
Sailed to Bermuda twice and been in and back out the triangle 8+ times, still here to tell my tales.

Jamie's Italian went out of business in the UK, the international and cruise ship locations are the only ones left. Maybe they wanted to go with a stronger brand? -

Most likely thought this was an Official Company Blog. She did compare the food on board to Holiday Camp food, so who knows what she was thinking? -

IMO all holidays/vacations are subject to your expectations, it seems like they did not meet your expectations, so sorry to hear that. I have been cruising for 20 years on 3 different companies and 8 different ships I would say cruising is the best holiday, but not for everyone. Each company I cruised with offered different things and different types of cruises, so I dont have a favourite. -
Varies, but if you are looking for best price buy it before you cruise.

Yes, it's automatically added to every drink purchase on board.

I was gonna quote the same. However I have yet to figure out if these menus change when sailing from the UK, Europe, or the Mediterranean.
-
Anybody have an idea what the Drinks/beer menus look like sailing in Europe and the Mediterranean (i'm assuming these menus pictured were from a US sailing)? Do they use US or EU liquors (some like Kraken are actually different)? I'm particularly interested what the beer options are as well?

RC Deals and Special Offers, only for some

They did recently offer the Deluxe Drink Package for free, with certain sailings, on the UK site but raised the price of those sailings by a comparable amount so it’s a wash really. -
Mediterranean cruise tips and information

Can anybody give me a heads up regarding what beers/lagers are offered Royal Caribbean Cruises leaving Southampton? Are Miller Lite or Foster’s Oil Cans available? Alternate offerings? Aluminum bottles aren’t really a thing in the UK. It has been years since I sailed from Dover and think I remember that they changed beer offerings? Apologies if this has been answered already. Post Repositioning Anthem of the Seas
Spang1974 replied to Spang1974's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Thanks @JLMoran for the info. WoW! We just got off the Anthem on the 12th of September 2019 and she was immaculate! One of, if not the cleanest and most pristine in condition ships we have ever sailed on. I'm sure she will pass that check up with flying colors! -
It looks like Anthem of the Seas gets back into Southampton the 24th of April 2020, and doesn't sail again until the 15th of May 2020. Is it normal for a ship to take 3 weeks between sailing after a repositioning cruise? Just curious, I'm on the May 15th sailing and can only assume it takes 3 weeks to change over drink menus, crew, native UK supplies, and possibly quick refurb/maintenance/? Anybody have insight or opinion?
