As an update, the 20 day timeline after itemized statement receipt, worked out for us. We received our cruise planner refund in full on Wednesday. I hope everyone else will get theirs soon and that we can all go back to enjoying the best vacations ever on-board RCCL in the very near future! Stan

We are now 70 days past our cruise date. We got our FCC statements within a few weeks. The only thing we've seen from RCCL about our cruise planner purchases though, is an itemized list of what we should be reimbursed, which we received two weeks ago. I was hopeful at that point that our refund would be credited within a few days. Hearing everyone else's stories on here has helped me remain patient, but that patience is wearing thin, not that I can really do anything about it. Is it time though to call and inquire when I could expect to see my refund? Do those of you who have talked to them or received emails have any thoughts? Thank you for your time. Stan

We finally got an email about cancelling/refunding our cruise planner purchases. The email we got was just a summary of what would be refunded, no apology or anything like what you have received. Cruise was scheduled for March 14, we got the email May 3rd, still no refund on the CC as of today... Stan

Hi all, Leaving out of New Orleans on Majesty in 34 days! Has anyone found a Cruise Compass posted yet for this new itinerary? Of course, I looked here first but didn't see the new one yet. If not, I'll do my best to upload ours. Thanks, Stan

Hello everyone. I've been lurking for the last 6 weeks or so. I found the YouTube channel shortly after booking our upcoming cruise which then led me here. The information I've found has been great, thank you all for sharing your experiences and thoughts. We're booked on Majesty out of NOLA in March of 2020 for 7 nights. I have cruised with RCCL before but that was forever ago, mid 90's, when Majesty would have been in her prime. I don't remember what ship I was on then unfortunately. My wife has never cruised. We were booked last spring on an Oasis class but life got in the way and we had to cancel. NOLA is within driving distance from where we're currently stationed, so when we saw that RC would be sailing from there, it made planning this trip much easier. We were married in 2016 and never took a honeymoon or even an extended vacation type trip like this so we're super excited. We look forward to learning more from everyone and sharing anything we may learn from our trip,175 days to go!

Wow, great tool. I anecdotally thought that when you added in the non-alcoholic drinks one would normally have throughout the day, it wouldn't take very many cocktails to hit the break even point. For us that number looks to be about 3. Great to see that assumption validated to some degree. Thank you!
