We stayed at The St George Manor in Galveston the last time. We walked to the Sunflower Bakery for a delicious Breakfast and then walked a couple blocks to the cruise part.

I do not partake in cigar smoking.

I buy a cigar or 2 for my general manger every time I cruise. As a thank you for carrying the load while I'm gone. I bought him a box of ten of the DAS cigars. He tells me they are really good burn real even and last quite awhile. He says he will be ordering some more from DAS. Thanks for the help in finding him a great cigar.

We did a cruise tour once. I did not like the waiting around and we seemed rushed. My in-laws enjoy bus trip vacations and have done a cruise tour twice. A couple examples of what I didn't like. If we stopped for a bathroom break you are waiting for 50-60 people and before our group was done another bus had came to add to the crowd. When we went to Denali we went on the wilderness explorer trip. We had just a few minutes for a bathroom break before we had to leave on the explorer bus. Same situation when we came back from the trip. We did not even get a souvenir from Denali not enough time. The nice thing was no driving, hotel rooms planned for you. No worries. I defiantly recommend spending more time in Alaska before or after cruise but personally I would rent a car and go at my own pace.

When we were in Ketchikan Alaska the church had a van that they picked you up at the port and brought you to and from the church. As added bonus the church had a beautiful Alaska themed Stain Glass window

Our local library has a free book case were you can drop off. I grab the newer hard cover ones. I In the past I have brought a few and left them in the library. I'm going on Wonder in October that is why I was asking. Thank You

Does Wonder of the Seas have a Library or Book Exchange area? Looked on the deck plans and did not see one but maybe it is included in one of the other areas.

Ovation And Quantum do Seattle roundtrip sailings. The cruise has stop in Victoria, Canada. Would a person with a DWI be able to do this cruise if they stayed on the ship?

My sister in law has one from about 8 years ago. So I'm thinking she probably can't go.

It is my understanding DWI's are consider a felony in Canada and they will not let you enter. All Alaska cruises that I have looked at have a stop or end in Canada. Does anyone know if a person with a DWI or DUI can do a Alaska cruise?

Matt I don't see the icon on the Serenade of the Seas 12/17/22 I can see it on the Anthem but I don't see it on the Serenade one

Waaytooo did you leave the terminal on time?

We were on the first Allure cruise for the public. They were having trouble getting the luggage onboard it delayed the departure by 2 hours. Does anyone know if Royal has gotten that smoothed out yet?

I got in touch with Royal this morning they said a flight after 1:00pm would be doable. I booked a 1:30 flight back to MSP Thank You for the response.

We are going on the Navigator of The Seas 2/3/23 - 2/10/23 plan on using the the Royal transfer from the port to LAX. What would be a reasonable flight time we should be looking for? Thanks,

Saw cheap Alaska RCCL Balcony sale a few weeks back. Started in Seattle and ended in Vancouver Canada. What would a easy and fairly economical way to get back to Seattle Airport? We would then rent a car to drive around to few things in Washington as a post cruise vacation before flying home.

We have earned a free 7 night Caribbean Cruise with our points.
