If I’m reading correctly both of you have purchased voom, so why would your husband not bring his laptop? Since both of you already purchased voom so the two of you can go on the internet using the devices that you bring onboard with you. If your husband isn’t going to bring his laptop and is thinking of using one of the few computers in the library why you you purchase voom for 2 devices. Buy purchasing the voom internet package you have paid extra toward your cruise.

I have the same problem. I cruise in a few weeks and wanted to sign the activity waivers online for the flowrider, ice skating, and rock climbing, and I went to the before you board section of the website and clicked on activitiy waivers and put in the information asked that I need to so I could electronically sign the waivers and another page loaded with nothing but a white page, so then I logged in to my online account thinking that I would be able to electronically sign the waivers but I was unable to electronically sign the waivers that way as well.

My passport will not cover up the camera because I have a passport card not a passport book. The passport card is the size of a credit card. What I would put to put in the pouch along with my phone is no bigger than the size of a credit card and the no longer then the length of dollars When the dollars are folded I half they are just a little bit longer then the length of the passport card and credit card.

That link will not work for me pecause it is a link to the uk amazon website and the uk website does not ship to the United States (which is the country that live in). No offense but do not want anything that I have to clip around my waist because if it falls off then my phone might break or if someone clips it off then they got all the items that I put in there. I think a waterproof phone lanyard would be easier because if I wanted to take a few pictures in the water then I would not have to take the pouch off my waist to take the picture, I can just pick the phone up and take the picture while the phone is in the lanyard. The lanyard you’ll allow for me to take pictures while I’m in the water with only one hand. right!?!? I think The waist pouch would not allow me to take pictures while I’m in the the water one handed and I would have to use both hands. Right!?!?

I have booked a shopping and beach combo excursion at Charlotte Amalie, St.Thomas and I am looking for a waterproof phone lanyard that will not only have enough room for my phone but also enough room for my passport, cash and credit card that would keep water from getting on my phone, passport card credit card and cash. I have not used my phone out of country before and I did not go to a beach excursion or have been to a beach in years.when I did go to the beach it was years ago and I went to a beach in The US (the country where I live) and did not have the items that I listed with me at gnoses times. I am not sure which waterproof phone pouch that would keep water off the things that insert into the pouch. ideas, thoughts, advice and opinions needed on which one(s) that I should consider purchasing and which one(s) keep/kept the water out of the phone pouch.

The questions is if I login and try to print the setsail passes but am unable to print them can the setsail passes be printed at the port??

I cruise in 41 days and This is probably going to sound stupid but yesterday after I completed online check-in I had forgot to save the setsail passes for me and my mom to google drive so that I could print then at a later date, and I was wondering if I need the setsail pass to checkin at Port Canaveral. This is not the first time that the first time that I completed the online check-in but this is the first time that I and did not save the setsail pass to google drive so that I could print the setsail passes after I had completed the online check-in. If I login again and try to print the setsail pass before we head to the port, can the setsail pass be printed at the port?

I would like to know if Anker Power Strip, Anker PowerPort Cube, 3 Outlets and 3 USB Ports with Switch Control, Overload Protection, 5 ft Cable, for iPhone XS/Max/XR and More, Ultra-Compact for Travel and Office is allowed on the ship? if this power strip is not allowed, can I pack a universal travel outlet adapter to plug into the European outlet in the cabin?

I saw on a YouTube videos that people were packing power strips and the ones that plug directly into the outlet was packed in their luggage and even herd on the same videos that they were allowed and then I read the list of banned items on the RC website that extension cords were banned but the list of banned items did not say that power strips were banned and not allowed on the ship. Are power strips allowed on RC cruise ships or not??

Are power strips (non surge) without a cord that is a travel power strip surge protector and is designed to be used on cruise ships and travel. Are power strips that are designed to be used at the office, travel and cruise ships allowed like the filling images of surge protectors and power strips with outlets and USB ports??

I read the list of items that are banned And extension cords are on that list of banned items but power cords are not on the banned items list.

I am going to pack a power cord in my carry on onto the ship.

Just wondering if non-surge power strips are allowed or will they be confiscated on embarkation day???

@Lovetocruise2002 fly into and fly back home from an airport that is much closer to port Everglades (which is where Harmony is currently departing from). Instead of flying back either through MIA or PBI airports you should consider flying back FLL/Hollywood airport because the Fort Lauderdale airport is within 10 minutes from port Everglades. Both MIA and PBI airports are about 1 hour away from port Everglades with traffic and not including any lane closures or delays that might happen. I live in Florida and when I was traveling south on interstate I have seen that as I was getting closer to Fort Lauderdale that there was a lot of traffic. @Lovetocruise2002 I would not select for a noon flight because there is a chance that you might not make it if you are not flying back through FLL because the customs line coming back into the country takes forever and you can not get off the ship until customs has cleared the ship and is allowed to start disembarking guests. You might be waiting in the customs line for over an hour. If you do regular disembark you have to wait onboard the ship until it’s your turn to disembark. If I were you I would choose a later time to fly home or to fly home the next day but it’s up to you

Just saw this...

You can cancel excursions up until 24 hours before the excursion to cancel without any penalty. It will take at least 7 business days and a max of 10 business days for the price of the excursion that was cancelled to be refunded back to you credit/debit card. You should also google how much the excursions that you want to do at the destinations that your cruising to as well as checking on the cruise planner so that when you go to the independent tour operators and pay for the tour at the port so that you are not paying to much for that excursion/tour.

The Oasis does use the app.

If you booked a cabin with refundable deposit rate you would also get your deposit refund back as well, but if you booked a cabin with the non-refundable deposit option then you would not get your deposit refunded. If you cancel then you will not be able to earn points for that sailing because you were not present.

When I go to a grocery store that has a Starbucks I am able to not only earn stars but also redeem rewards.

1) I have been on Enchantment twice and this will be my first time sailing on an Oasis-class ship. I will be on Oasis Dec 2nd 2018 and I have looked at the deck plans and i have looked at deck plans for all of the Oasis class ships, and i had noticed on the deck plans for each of the Oasis-class ships that there is a Starbucks onboard each of the oasis class ships, and I would like to know if i could use my starbucks card at the onboard starbucks? I have read on a few different sites including the information that @Matt said on royalcaribbeanblog.com and have read conflicting answers to this question so I would like some clairity on this question 2) Does the starbucks onboard the oasis class ships have the same coffee choices onboard as on land? I am enrolled in the starbucks star rewards program and i would like to know if i am able to use my starbucks card onboard the ship if i can also redeem any free rewards that i have earned? I would also like clarity for the 2nd question. i have a Starbucks giftcard that I plan on using on the ship if I can and I also have the Starbucks app downloaded on my iPhone which I also would use on the ship and will have informed my provider of my travels and would like to sometimes use my Starbucks app/Starbucks giftcard to purchase coffee/tea drinks at the Starbucks kiosk onboard the ship and was wondering if I can use my Starbucks giftcard or Starbucks app onboard. i would like any kind of information that you can provided on any of this post but especially if I can use my Starbucks giftcard or Starbucks app to pay for tea/coffee drinks at the Starbucks kiosk onboard.

So sorry that this happened to you and keep calling and asking to speak to someone higher up to if they can do anything else if the room has not already been booked or at least use your deposit for another sailing. keep trying until there is nothing that can not be done. As others have said if I were you I would use a TA moving forward to remind you of the final payment date. Unlike @twangster I was not emailed a final payment due date. And I have not heard of the cruise line emailing final payment notifications prior to the final payment due date. The final payment date for my upcoming cruise on Dec 2nd 2018 was due a few weeks ago(sept 3rd) and I did not get an email notification of my final payment date, so After I paid the deposit and saw when the final payment was due I wrote it Down in my calander. Since I wrote down when my final payment was due I had remembered to make the final payment and did not take a chance of my reservation being cancelled. I have went on other cruise with royal caribbean and I was never emailed a final payment date notification.
