@coneyraven I noticed you have been on Grandeur alot and have it booked again. (we both live near Baltimore I know!) I'm booked for the may 5 night cruise and Sept 7 night to Bermuda with the Pride (sorry I booked that one, but hoping for the best), Is it weird to be thinking about another curise in July on Grandeur going to Bermuda 3 times in one year? Have't been there in 30 years, I love the island and I love cruising. Just want your opinion! thank you!!

Do they typically open the books for the rest of 2019 in December? I know now only goes through April 2019. Thank you!

HI Sam, you should be fine with the ABC islands, and they are beautiful!! St Maarten was heavily damaged. they may switch to St. Kitts but there are a few weeks away so who knows. Adventure currently is in San Juan bringing humanitarian relief and headed to St. Croix and St. Thomas. YOu can get some real information from Royal and Celebrity's meteoroligist, James Van Fleet on Twitter (don't know if you are on Twitter). He answers everyones questions that I've seen. HI everyone, I was wondering if anyone has done the New England/Canada cruise from Baltimore? It really looks like such a nice and different cruise. We are booked for Bermuda currently and then Bermuda in Sept 2018, the 2 Celebrity Eastern and Western in 2019 so thought this was nice. HI Larry, did you call RC? They probably use another insurance company, I tried looking as I take it out on my sailings, but couldn't seem to get any answers on their website. My gut feeling is yes, but I certainly understand that you need to know. Remember it's not just you not being able to get to San Juan, it's probably the entire ship. I'll keep looking to see if I can find answers, perhaps Matt knows.

I think it will also depend where the Adventure is now to get out of harms way. I saw they cancelled several cruises for Friday already and are giving 100% refund and 25% off next cruise. In addition, where are all the cruise ships that depart MIA, FLL, MCO, TPA etc going if this ends up being a Cat 5 coming in. those ships will get damage for sure. Very hard to predict. I hope for the best for you and your cruise!

That's exactly what my Cruise Planner said!! The irony is we booked the April Cruise first, got the cabin, then decided to book the January cruise and they assigned the same stateroom so I figured it was kismit! Meant to be so don't change it! I am going to listen to you Brian!! Thank you!!!

HI All! Question for those who have cruised on Celebrity, we are booked on 2 cruises, January 2019 and April 2019 on Equinox, and we booked the Sky Suite. Ironically on both cruises, the stateroom is the same. If all the AFT! Our Celebrity Planner says I should keep it as the views are 180 degrees and beautiful. My concern is feeling alot of motion. It looks like many sky Suites are aft too. Any feedback is most appreciated! thank you!

HI All, for those of you leaving this weekend, from NYC or Baltimore, hoping the seas calm down. Friends aboard the Oceania Insignia have been emailing me the last half hour, 40MPH winds and 25 ft swells on their way back from Bermuda to NYC. I think someone posted earlier they could still be rough this coming Labor Day weekend, but I'm hoping not for those of you heading out!

I am on The Equinox January 26, 2019 and again on Equinox April 27, 2019!!! Wanted the Edge, but the category I wanted had obstructed view so I wasn't going to spend all that money for an obstructed view, hoping to get on her in August in she's still in the USA. Eventually I will! Would love to see Celebrity Blog!!

I hope you get out Coneyraven, they are also talking about another system next week, Bermuda/Caribbean/Carolina's guess it's too soon to tell, we will be in the Outer Banks Sept 9-16 so hoping it stays away, now I"m rethinking my booking for next Sept from Baltimore, but it's hit or miss. FManke, I don't think you have anything to worry about about. As an underwriter, most type 2 is from overweight and lack of exercise. You are licking it and you should be proud. As others have said, you know what to eat and portion control. Enjoy that ice cream if you want it (one scoop! LOL). Have a great time, relax and enjoy your trip!

Thanks so much! Celebrity does have a no fee one too basically the same as RC. So my guess is depending on which ship you are using the card goes to that booking. I didn't know about using it on board though so that's great!! Thanks again and best of luck traveling now with your child too!

OMG, I would have been mortified too! I so far have not had a card declined, but I have't been to Baltimore yet either! LOL That is so funny! Guess Hubby got stuck with the tab after all huh? I am going to book there, hell, it's just a car and my phone will notify me if it leaves the lot and ends up in downtown Baltimore or even DC or a chop shop!!! LOL I hope you have a wonderful trip, weather is good and the sun is shining! I have to wait till May, but I now have 3 cruises booked so need to get through fall and winter!

ellcee I've been going back and forth thinking about getting the CC from Royal or Celebrity ( have both cruises booked). Are you using the card to pay for the cruise itself as well as everything else. I'm paying off bit by bit on each cruise so would that build points too? The Platimum celebrity however is $69.00 annual fee. Supposedly either card is good for either company.
