I think your rate is great. When it comes to the price, what many non-cruisers fail to realize is what that includes. It's not just a hotel room. You get your (most) meals, activities and transporation between island to island included.

I'd love to visit Monaco some day. It looks exactly like the scene of many James Bond films and is quite beautiful

The drive to Miami ought to be about 4 hours or so, depending on how fast you drive and traffic. If you take your own luggage there's elevators and ramps everywhere. Granted you have to pull/carry it all but you should be able to avoid stairs.

Essentially what you need to know is can you make an 11am flight out of Orlando, right? If so, yes it can be done. I'd recommend taking your own bags off the ship so you can be among the first off and that way you can be at the airport with enough time.

I enjoyed traditional dining but I think dynamic dining will be a great step forward with the lots of choice and more variety in terms of what you can have for dinner. I think once we see it in action the benefits will become more apparent.

You should do this on all cruises but be sure to ALWAYS wash your hands after using the restroom AND before you eat. The disease travels via food so do your best to keep your hands clean. I always do this anyway but don't let the letter ruin your cruise!

Essentially AmEx will allow you more time to pay off the cruise. This is from AmEx's website: So basically if you know you aren't going to be able to pay the amount in full it will likely save you some money on finance charges. Ordinarily they use they use the "Average Daily Balance" method of calculating the finance charges, which is the sum of your credit card balance each day in the billing cycle divided by the number of days in that billing cycle. With extended payments you only pay on the unpaid balance as opposed to the average daily balance.
