Pervasive wifi means there is a wi-fi signal across the ship, whereas before that there were "hot spots" on the ship. Now you will be able to access wifi from pretty much everywhere on the ship. That being said, the internet speeds are still rather slow. It's okay for checking email or doing some basic browsing but you will find it about as slow as dial up internet (if you can remember that).

If Sabor is added, it will be the greatest refurbishment ever. If it's not, the worst refurbishment ever! Seriously, I'm hoping it gets more than just the two restaurants listed above.

I haven't personally but I'd just look at the deck above and below you. What you want to potentially avoid are public spaces, which could have noise. Engines are too far down below you (with lots of crew inbetween) for you to really notice that.

I've always LOVED the Windjammer's food in general. I think they do international foods really well. You should also keep in mind that food is such a subjective topic because everyone likes different foods. My only complaint about the Windjammer is the breakfast spread is the same every day. But their lunch and dinner offerings do change daily and again, I think it's pretty good food overall.

I love this idea, especially after seeing those suites on Quantum.

Everyone is different and there are some people who think 7-8 drinks per day is no big deal so the package is perfect for them. I think you've come to the same conclusion that I have, which is that the package is not a deal for us.

Welcome Geoff. We did the in-room babysitting on Jewel of the Seas on a few nights with two kids and it was fabulous. RC assigned us actually 2 crew members and the kids LOVED them. Each time we came back to find the kids asleep and reports of a great time by all. I've heard there are new wine packages coming. I know some of the wines on the old list were discontinued.

It's one large room (bedroom) with the bathroom attached.

Sort of related, the US dollar is doing REALLY well these days against foreign currencies so it is cheaper to go there now.
