According to the cruise line website, you can re-use your coffee card on multiple sailings. Not only can you share it, but you can extend its value well beyond a single sailing.

Prices have gone up for Adventure Ocean and the nursery.
Royal Caribbean appears to have increased the price for after hours care at Adventure Ocean for when kids stay late past 10pm.
Likewise, the hourly charge for the nursery has gone up a few dollars.
