What does a Royal Caribbean cruise director do?
A cruise director is responsible for overseeing all entertainment and guest activities on the ship.
They plan the onboard entertainment, including parties and shows, and coordinate with performers, musicians, and other entertainment staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
