What is the best way to get to the airport (and should I use Melbourne, Florida or Orlando) and what are different hotel and transportation options from airport to hotel to cruiseship? It's about 45 minutes from Port Canaveral and it will have the most flight options and rental car options. Daytona Beach and Melbourne have airports but I doubt you will find flights there. DocLC Posted August 13, 2015 Report Share Posted August 13, 2015 I agree with Matt; Orlando (MCO) is your best option, especially if you're going to be using cruise transfers.
