jce2 Posted August 20, 2018 Report Share Posted August 20, 2018 For last years caribbean cruise, my family got the passport card which worked just fine (no need to discuss pros and cons here!). In 2020 we are planning an Alaska one-way out of Vancouver. We probably WILL upgrade to the book but if we dont, isnt it true that we could fly into Seattle, rent a car and drive to Vancouver (thus not needing the book)?
