poider
G'day, Just finished the 14 day New Zealand trip from Australia and enjoyed my self completely as did my wife. I had so many questions before I cruised I asked them on here and received many different answers. Had I followed some I would have caused quite the ruckus. I have to assume that different countries allow many different things. If any body is travelling out of Australian waters to NZ and needs some answers i will endeavor to answer as honestly as possible based on my recent experience. poider
I enjoyed 95% of the nightly shows, and enjoyed beating the wife at minigolf. My wife and her friend did the napkin folding course. And I enjoyed the singer that took requests in the schooner bar, Tony B was his name Peter markinct and Matt
poider
Favourite restaurant was the main dining room, I really liked Picton, such a picturesque place and Auckland is nice. I found that the food in the Windjammer was never really hot enough. My wife found that the towels were not big enough. The staff were brilliant, we were never left standing around and they were very quick witted and amusing. We probably had a bit of bad luck, as the world cup cricket was on in NZ and the excursions were a little rushed due to the ports being unprepared for cricket and cruising. But overall it was wonderful Peter markinct
