Hi everyone! It's been about two months since getting off my first RC cruise, and I just received two separate casino royale compt cruise offers through snail mail about five days ago. When I called to book the reservations, I was told there were no active offers in my account and that they could not book anything until they appeared online on club royale offers website. I asked the rep for an estimated time frame of when they are usually posted, and she couldn't give one or have any explanation as to why they aren't posted. I would like to know if this is normal or if this has happened to anyone else because I couldn't find a similar situation when searching the internet. Thank you!

It is true that they cannot book an offer that isn’t posted to your account but it isn’t normal for the snail mail offers to take that long to post to your online account.  If it were me, I would call Club Royale again and ask someone to investigate the issue for you.  It sounds like you might have one of the most common casino program maladies - multiple account numbers/email addresses.  How this happens is a mystery but it seems to happen frequently.  If Club Royale can’t solve the mystery my next call would be to Crown & Anchor to have them check whether you have multiple account numbers.

As an aside, you can check to see what your current offers are at clubroyaleoffers.com. Use your Crown & Anchor number to sign in.  This is what the CR CSR will be looking at as well.  If your offers are posted there, CR should see them.

Hi! Currently on the phone with a rep, and this is exactly what happened! Somehow there was a new account created under my name with no loyalty number assigned. If I hadn't mentioned the possible separate accounts I would have ended up missing out these offers as they just kept telling me to wait for them to show up. They are in the process of merging the accounts now. Thank you!

Soooo glad you are getting this resolved.  It seems so bizarre that this could even happen !  …unfortunately, it’s all to common.  Congrats again !

This has happened to me also. I called Club Royal and they investigated. A while later, the offer appeared on the website.
There are many issues with RC's websites. Like the cruise points not updating. The trick is to cut your C&A number, save a blank number, paste the C&A number and save again. The updated cruise points will then be updated.
I've also had the website show I have 0 cruises booked, when I actually have 6.  This usually resolves quickly by refreshing or logging in again.

All this info, which I knew before, has prompted me to reexamine a problem that has happened recently. Emails from Royal would have my C & A status at the bottom, with our points. For us it is Diamond and about 140 pts. Since getting back from my last set of cruises, my emails say Gold status and 5 pts.  I will definitely be calling them soon. Thanks to all for triggering my thought process.

Yikes !  Sounds like a case of double accounts.  I just don't understand how this keeps happening.  It REALLY dicks things up.
