When I sailed Radiance to Alaska, they opened the solarium to families for a couple hours each day. I expect they will do the same on Vision. ChessE4 Posted January 14 Report Share Posted January 14 Correct, cruises out of Baltimore in the winter have diminished sunbathing/pool use. But be thankful you aren't mustering outside in cold weather as we did. Enjoy inside venues and hot tub. We observed kids in Solarium on our Vision-class trips. TwoCanSailAway Posted January 22 Report Share Posted January 22 On a recent sailing from Boston, we learned the main pool on Serenade is heated. The crew also opened the Solarium for a few hours on the days when the pool deck was closed for snow/ice/wind. (Note only 50 kids were onboard). Vision is slightly older, so unsure if She has a heated main pool. We sail on Vision in 17 days and we will check the pool and let you know.
