Derek Terry
We are sailing on Navigator on Oct 5th and have My Time Dining. Is it possible to request a table for 2 as part of your reservation or do you just have to ask when you arrive and hope they can accommodate. Don
Go to dining room embarkation day & set up with staff. We have never failed to get table for two when we wanted it. Often, once you ask they will assume you want it every night & you will have to ask for larger table if you want. Derek Terry

Everytime I go with just my boyfriend we always want a table for two and when I make my reservation online I request it and always get it. Marc
If you have My Time Dining, tables for 2 are generally pretty easy to get. If you don't arrange anything in advance, simply go up to the My Time Dining reservations table and when you make your dinner reservation, simply ask then for a table for 2. It shouldn't be a problem, even if you don't have a reservation, although if it's a peak period, you might have to wait ~15 minutes. mike
We were on Navigator August 31st and did MTD. We asked for a table for 2 each afternoon for that night and had no problems(Deck 5 entrance has the MTD reservation/check in kiosk). Every evening that we ate in the MDR we ended up having the same table which was great since it also meant the same servers. Edited to mention that the longest we waited to be seated was one minute tops while the couple in front of us one night was escorted to their table. DocLC
I've never had any issue on any cruise line with flexible dining to get a table for two or three even without a reservation. Even with fixed dining, we've been able to get tables by ourselves without much of a problem with an advanced request.
