CruisingNewb Posted February 20 Report Share Posted February 20 technically speaking, most big cruise ships can qualify as some form of city, municipality, state, etc. with the one issue of having a fixed geographical presence. so...the next RCCL ship class and name should be Metropolis of the Seas. then what you do is you offer the World Cruise experience to its customers granting them a one-year tenancy/residency, allow those who sail to earn money from social media and what not, tax them on that income, and viola!
