The site you shared is the only site reporting that based on my quick (non-professional) Google Search. What would that mean for tourists? Would tour operators stop taking snorkelers there? It's not posted as a public notice on the http://dpnr.vi.gov/environmental-protection/public-notices/ which is the quoted source of the information in the article, so perhaps the contamination has been resolved?
