Randon1234
Just need clarification. If we have OBC and do not spend it before the cruise, will it just be automatically on our account and be used to pay the bill at the end? Or do we need to specify when making purchases on board that we want to use OBC?
DoomSlayer
It will be credited to your account and will be used towards your bill without you having to do anything. You will lose your OBC in most cases if you do not spend it by the end of your trip; however, there are certain OBC types that are refundable at the end of your trip if you do not use it all. Pooch
There are instructions on how to move your OBC to the machine on a card on the slot machines. Once done, instead of playing, just hit cash out. Take the ticket to the payout machine. Get cash. Not a gambler so I don’t know what all it’s called. There are a few posts about the work around. You have to use the already created personal banker casino account on a slot machine. It prompts you for your preloaded password that has to be changed on first use. Once your personal banker account is working you transfer funds from your SeaPass account to the personal banker casino account. At this point you could start playing in the casino or hit the cash out button. That prints a paper ticket you carry over to the casino cashier to get cash in the form of $USD. The amount you transfer is "charged" to your SeaPass account. If you choose an amount that equals your OBC then it balances out. Depending on your cruise the casino may not be open on the last night if the ship is not going to remain in international waters so don't leave this approach to the very last moment. There are different types of OBC. One kind is refundable. Another is non-refundable. It's possible to have both on the same cruise. They will consume non-refundable OBC first then once that is all used up they will consume refundable OBC if you have any. At the end of the cruise any left over non-refundable OBC is forfeited. Refundable OBC is refunded to your credit card on file. Randon1234
