patty22407
I have a cruise in Oct 2024 for Italy/Greece tour. I received an email last week stating they have changed 2 of the ports early in the trip but the app and website are still showing the old information (and some excursions). How long does it usually take for them to straighten those out?
Ampurp85
It could take up to and over a month, since your cruise is a while away, its not that big of a deal. I sail in Jan 2024 and they dropped a port and then added a different one. My cruise planner still shows the old port and the new one on the same day and this occurred almost a month ago. patty22407
CrimsonCruiser
I'd say even a month is generous. Apparently changing these things over is something done manually over in Royal IT and with your date being so far out, it's probably a little lower on the priority list vs ones that are sailing this year. patty22407
