Obdave Posted February 11, 2023 Report Share Posted February 11, 2023 I received a refund on my cc equal to the amount of an upcoming drink/beverage package. Website and cp show said package booked. A call, lengthy, to RC customer service confirmed we had booked udp. Sailing in 80 or so days. Should I just keep an eye on this, count my blessings or really dial down with my cc and rc? My concern is my Black Friday deal is going to double in price upon embarkation. Customer service assured me that we were good yesterday. It showed on the cruise planner but right before the cruise I noticed it did not show on the phone app. I called them and they honored the priced and fixed it to be active on the phone (and ship).
