cruisefam86
My sil had a cruise booked for March 2020. Obviously she didn’t get to go and received a future cruise credit. she had booked the cruise through delta vacations. They told her that her credit is going to expire December 30 and not be good forever like the other royal Caribbean future cruise credits. Does this sound correct or should she call and speak with someone else?
Pooch
Never hurts to call & ask another rep but she is just looking into this now? My brother & nephew had FCCs due to weather impacted travel last March and they definitely had an expiration date.
cruisefam86
No she had called about it awhile ago i just hadn’t talked to her about it. Once they changed it that you could transfer the credit she was going to sell it to me for half price! Then when they took off the expiration I just never brought it up bc I assumed she was going to keep it.
Pooch
Hoping 12/30 is book by date not a sail by
Sharla
FCCs for Royal Caribbean belong to the guest, not the travel agent. If her credit card was charged by Delta Vacations then they could be correct, but if it was a charge by Royal Caribbean then that FCC should belong to her. She can look it up or a new travel agent can.
