First one will be on the 2nd night (the first full day on the ship after debarkation) and the second night is generally around night 6 or 7 depending on if one of the days is a sea day - I've seen they generally try to put them on sea days. I assume it's so people who want to get dressed up don't have to leave port early to get back in time to shower and change for a 5:15 seating.
