CableKC
My Wife LOVES doing those special Dining Experiences where we can enjoy a unique high end dinner like the Chef's Table. Other than the Chef's Table, does the Navigator of the Seas offer any other type of unique dining experiences along those lines?
KristiZ
Likely they will offer Taste of Royal. Maybe not to book ahead (but check the cruise planner in case), but onboard it should show up in the app. Also possibly Sushi & Sake. Same drill. CableKC
Thanks, that looks like something that I wouldn't mind trying out. The 4 course fixed Menu dinner is something that she loves to try. Has you tried the Chef's Table? If so, are we able to book ahead of time before we board the ship? or Is that one of those "head straight to the dining room and book it immediately once you get on the ship" type of reservations that I have to make? Xaa
I see both in my Cruise Planner but I'm not sailing on Navigator. CableKC and KristiZ

The first time we booked on board on a whim, but it was when there were far fewer passengers. The second time we booked ahead so we could get the night we wanted. We enjoyed it very much and will likely do it again on our next cruise. Pro tip: Book on a night before a sea day. You will be very uninterested in your shore excursion the next morning CableKC
FireFishII
I have done both Taste of Royal and the Chef's Table. Between the two - Chef's table hands down. Well worth the price! I would do that again and again. CableKC
CableKC
Where is the Taste of Royal dinner usually served? 2 hours ago, Xaa said: I see both in my Cruise Planner but I'm not sailing on Navigator. That's a good price. I've paid for far more for a 7 course fixed menu dinner in Vegas. I will likely book one of these pre-cruise.
CableKC
Is the Taste of the Royal a luncheon option only? You can't enjoy this for dinner?

Yes, lunch only, and sometimes only once per sailing. It’s held in Chops or Giovanni’s usually.
