BarbC
We are using a private tour for Roatan and they wanted to know what time to meet us, but when I was looking at the information about our cruise they say to use the ships time vs the time of the area we are in. So I am not sure what time to tell them to meet us because I don't know if the ship time will be different the the actual time in Roatan What have some of you done that have been to Roatan and booked a private tour group. Ryan79
Look at the time zone difference between your embarkation port and Roatan then adjust the time accordingly for your tour.
wordell1
Typically the private tours in Roatan will know when your ship is arriving and be ready. They like you to be off about 1 hr after the gangway opens. Most ships stay on the time of their home port.
smokeybandit
You the passenger may be asked to stay on ship's time, but when corresponding with outside groups, use their local time.
