According to the UK Government guidance looks as though they'll need a negative test but I would check what your local advise is.

If you’re not fully vaccinated

If you are not fully vaccinated and are aged 12 and over you must present a negative COVID 19 PCR test, taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival to The Bahamas. Self-administered tests are not accepted.

Residents of The Bahamas

Bahamian residents who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival to The Bahamas. Self-administered tests are not accepted.

If you’ve had COVID-19 in the past year

If you are not fully vaccinated but have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last year, you must follow the entry and inter-island travel rules set out for travellers who are not fully vaccinated.

Children and young people

Children aged 1 and under are exempt from any testing requirements.

Children visiting aged 2 to 11 inclusive are required to present a negative COVID-19 test (either a Rapid Antigen Test or PCR), taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival to The Bahamas and need a trip created on an adult’s Travel health visa profile.

Children aged 12 and over must follow the rules set out for vaccinated and unvaccinated travellers.
