Welp - after two transatlantics were cancelled, we decided to switch gears and do something completely different so we booked this cruise. Fingers crossed that this one sticks. Iceland has been on my bucket list for a while and this should be a great itinerary. Looking forward to meeting others on this one!

And once again, Europe goes on hold. Lol. An important family function has dictated that we switch up our scheduling for this summer. Someday we'll make it to Europe. Leaving roll call open for those who still want to connect for this cruise.

My wife and I will be sailing the Iceland/Ireland cruise in 2024. Looking for hotel recommendations and shuttle services in Amsterdam. Last time in Amsterdam was 1980, lots of changes since then.

If arriving schipol you have two options. 1 Uber. 2 train to central station then Uber 

hotels. More than two day stay try Airbnb. Marriott Renaissance near train is a great option. Close to cruise terminal too for short cab/Uber ride

The cruise terminal is next to the central station (not even 10mn walk and the road is flat). Many tram lines arrive at the central station, it is very easy.
