Sorry, I don't have any more info than what is shown on the website.

It currently looks as though an additional test will not be required on boarding but - and it's a big but - some countries appear still to be requiring a test for ports of call: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/if-i-am-not-up-to-date-on-vaccinations-in-europe-where-will-i-need-additional-testing

Maybe @wordell1 might know, having also sailed from Rome recently?

We were all EU fully vaccinated so we didn't really deal with any of the restrictions. 

I will say that there was a big disparity between the Italian "rules", and what was followed in practice.  We were not required to wear masks on trains, buses, taxis, or even on the flights to and from Rome.
