There is no shore excursion from RCCL when I called and checked out on excursion website. Is there any interest persons to share with us to hire a van day trip to Venice. Did you guys contact to RCL shore excursion dept? We need to know when is the earliest we can leave from the ship. It doesn’t make sense without visiting Venice while ship is docked whole day at port Corsini. I did go to daytrip.com to see how much it cost one way from port to Venice. It turn out $320 for 4 person van. I am hoping RCL will provide shuttle with cost. I am arriving Venice airport 9 am and booked for transfer to ship by RCL shuttle at 10:30 am. If you are interested in arranging this type of tour, you may submit a request to our Private Journey's Department by emailing privatejourneys@rccl.com. You are also welcome to call one of their representatives at 844-571-7851. How is it possible that they offer shuttles from Venice to Porto Corsini on boarding day but cannot offer them the next day from Porto Corsini to Venice? there must be a way! We paid pre cruise transfer fee $58 each person already. We can keep our stuff in locker and spend day 1 at Venice and check in before 7 pm. What I am getting from RCL is you have to check in day 1 before 4 pm. And their shuttle service is only run airport to sea port. Not from city center to Ravenna. They offered (to me on the phone) both Venice airport or Venice city to cruise shuttles, and the app gave us the option to check in until 7pm (which we did not choose). However, the hours in which the shuttles are offered don't work for evening check-in and it would take forever if taking the train so doesn't work either. In my case this option does not work because I arrive at the cruise from Bologna.
