Last week, Windjammer and El Loco Fresh were as expected, staff serving everyone the food rather than self serve. On the second cruise, they've both switched to self-serve (at least they had the few times I've been). I thought it was one of those changes that was going to stick beyond COVID, but maybe the staffing impact was too much. Speaking to a member of staff, the CDC have changed their guidelines. I figured this would happen at some point as staffing can't efficiently keep up with the serving stations as capacities get closer to 100%, especially for stations like the taco bar.
